適合年齡
身體檢查計劃只適用於16歲或以上之人士。如有疑問可先與本中心人員聯絡。
有效期
本網站購買的身體檢查計劃有效期為六個月，客戶必須於六個月內(由確認付款日期起計)完成使用相關檢查服務，客戶需提前一個星期預約相關檢查,逾期作廢。
報告
進行健康檢查後，一般情況下，需大概7個工作天跟進檢查報告， 工作天不包括星期六、日及公眾假期。 輪侯報告講解時間會因應不同情況(如個別化驗項目所需時間或客人指明特定時段)而有所延長。
A. 本地及海外客戶:
(1) 親身領取：親身前往檢驗中心
(2) 電話講解報告(自取報告)
(3) 電話講解報告(郵寄報告)
自取報告時間 :
星期一至六-下午 3pm - 6:30pm
郵寄報告
a.本地平郵$15郵費；掛號收取$30郵費；
b.國內或澳門收取$50郵費；
c.海外收取$100郵費
B. 國內客戶
(1) 親身領取：親身前往檢驗中心
(2) 順豐速遞報告 (客人另回電聽取報告)
運費客人到付自理
備註
a. 如果客戶已完成電話或面解服務,若再要求講解,需另外收取$230解析報告費。
b. 客戶若體檢後叁個月內不提取報告，所有報告一律作銷毀處理及不會存底，客戶如需額外索取報告複印本
(體檢後叁個月內)，將收取$150行政費。註意：複印本報告未必完整。
c. 客人需自行承擔郵寄報告之風險。
d. 所有身體檢查並非作為醫務診斷或治療用途,如需撰寫醫生轉介信,將作額外收費$230。
